Did you know that in 2016/2017 there were 12.5 million working days lost due to work -related stress, depression or anxiety. That's almost 49% of all lost days due to illness and unlike other illnesses - in many cases this can be reduced and even prevented.
I offer training that revolves around stress & anxiety management for teams, businesses and institutions. My courses and workshops can be designed around your specific needs and/or be incorporated into other training your teams need. People are the most important element of most businesses - without them your business wouldn't work so looking after the health and well-being of your teams is key and something more and more companies are recognising. When you invest in your teams health and wellbeing, absence levels drop and productivity increases - and not just because people are there more, but because people become more resilient, more effective at making decisions, more motivated and so on. The benefits are endless and examples of just some of the courses I have delivered are listed to the right.
I design and deliver 100% of content, or I can adapt and modify current content you may have if you prefer. Contact me if you want to discuss how I can help your team(s).
There are times when one-to-one coaching is more appropriate. Either you have big issues to resolve or you just generally respond better on a one-to-one basis than you do in a group - especially if you feel embarrassed or ashamed of how you are coping.
No matter how successful or capable we are, everyone needs help from time to time. Professional athletes have coaches, successful businessmen/women have coaches, people who want to achieve a physical goal (lose weight, train for an event) recruit a coach/trainer to help them – so why not you? Their respective successes are largely attributed to the use of a coach.
Chances are you can and will get where you want to be eventually, you are likely to have most if not all the answers and resources within you. It is common however for individuals to not see or find those answers when they need them and not believe they have the resources already – that’s where a coach comes in – that’s where I come in.
Using a combination of coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy techniques (as appropriate), along with our experience, I help individuals get to where they want to be.
