Utilising a methodology based around exercising your mind (not to be confused with brain training) our programmes are about building strength and resilience of mind in the same way you would work on your physical fitness.

    ultimately our programmes are designed to help you and your teams have more fun, achieve your goals and generally develop a healthier mental health.

There are 3 main programmes we offer which can be delivered on a 1:1 or a group basis – both in person and online.

    6 week programme (1 hour per week) which talks about the basics around stress, what it is and what it does to you.   We then go on to cover the 5 ‘Powers’ that can either support or sabotage our stress response.  The end result of this programme is your own personal ‘training’ plan to building resilience and managing stress more effectively.

    Following on from SLSM, this programme is very much focussed on building  a culture of healthy mental health.  Very relationship and engagement based, these facilitated sessions (6 weeks again)work best in a group – and include a series of tasks and exercises aimed at building rapport and connection with colleagues, teams and business values.  The ultimate aim at the end of this programme is for cultural change which leads to a robust and sustainable wellbeing strategy that works for the employees and the business alike.

    The most intensive and transformative of these programmes is only available if you have completed SLSM & SLEM (sometimes can be done if only completed SLSM).  This is predominantly 1:1 sessions (again over 6 weeks) aimed at those wanting to literally Achieve More.  Initially we spend sometimes identfying your passion and your goals and make sure they are in complete alignment with what you really want (versus what you think you should be doing) Then we explore your mindset, barriers and limiting beliefs and start implementing a plan to change what needs to be changed.
