Stress Less Training

We have a number of training options from 1 day workshops through to 1 hour mini-workshops. 

We can also offer bespoke training too depending on what you and your business need in order to develop and maximise your health and wellbeing strategy.

  • STRESS LESS, MANAGE MORE – 1 day
    Aimed at mangers and team leaders
    Firstly you will learn about stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace (which accounts for around 50% of all work absences).  Then learn how to manage those who are struggling with their mental health or are at risk of struggling.  Including how to communicate with them – what you can and can’t say, what is appropriate and what isn’t.  We also cover employee and employer responsibility and the legislation around this.

  • STRESS LESS MANIFESTO WORKSHOP – 1 day
    Usually done after either the SLSM programme or the SLMM 1 day workshop.
    A 1 day hands-on workshop with the following objectives:
    • Design a personal SLSM Manifesto
    • Design a business/team SLSM Manifesto
    • Plan on how to monitor & review going forward
    • Create a plan to add business strategy/culture where appropriate and then roll out company wide
