Many of the above (along with many others) are symptomatic of chronic stress.  Its important that if you experience more than a 3 or 4 of the above (and its a change in your usual behaviour) that you do not ignore it – its your body telling you to take action.
Coaching can help you identify what’s actually going on and how you can address it to get back to a positive healthy place.  We don’t focus on the stress triggers (because realistically they are not always possible to resolve) but actually on what you can actually do to build your resilience and get you to a place where not only can you cope better but you get into a more resilient state enabling you to resolve anything that’s thrown at you in the future.
