  • Stress Less, Smile More Programme (6 Weeks)

    Our signature programme that treats minds like muscles - because mental fitness deserves the same attention as physical fitness. Over six weeks, your team learns to manage stress while improving workplace relationships, building confidence, and developing communication skills that don't involve passive-aggressive emails. They'll master the 5 'Powers' that support mental health and discover how to use them to transform their work experience from surviving to thriving.

  • In 2022, a school approached me facing a critical challenge with staff absence levels. Between May 2021 and March 2022, they had recorded 278 absence days linked to stress, anxiety, depression, and mental health issues - a concerning trend that was impacting both staff wellbeing and educational continuity.

  • I implemented my signature resilience programme, "Stress Less Smile More," delivering it to all staff over a three-month period. The programme was exceptionally well-received (and I must admit - the team were really fun to work with too)

  • Following the initial programme, I maintained a partnership with the school through targeted interventions:

    ●        Wellbeing and coaching workshops during inset days

    ●        Refresher resilience workshops delivered on-site

    ●        Pioneering menopause and stress workshops (they were my first client for this new offering)

  • The impact has been remarkable and sustained:

    Initial 7-month period (May 2021 - March 2022): 278 absence days
    30-month monitoring period (March 2022 - September 2024): 99 absence days
    Latest 9-month period (September 2024 - May 2025): 20 absence days

  • This intervention achieved a 93% reduction in mental health-related absence days, with the school maintaining consistently low absence levels over three years. The average monthly absence days dropped from approximately 40 days per month to just 2.2 days per month - demonstrating the lasting effectiveness of comprehensive wellbeing support combined with ongoing maintenance interventions.
